Most products available from Fire Beneath Stillness are digital products, which means there’s no waiting for a parcel to arrive. Your resources are delivered electronically following your purchase.
Digital Downloads
Digital products may include workbooks, journals, planners, trackers, cards, guides and other downloadable resources.
Once your payment has been successfully processed, your digital files or access instructions will be made available electronically.
No physical product will be posted unless the individual product page specifically states otherwise.
Accessing Your Purchase
Depending on the product and checkout method, your download may be available immediately after completing your order and/or through the order confirmation sent to the email address you provided.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.
I Haven’t Received My Download
If your download doesn’t appear straight away, please:
Check your email inbox for your order confirmation.
Check your spam or junk folder.
Confirm that the email address entered during checkout was correct.
Allow a short period for your payment to finish processing.

Download Problems
If a file won’t open, appears corrupted, is missing, or you’re experiencing another technical problem, please contact us.
We’ll help you troubleshoot the issue and, where necessary, provide an appropriate replacement or corrected file.
Physical Products
From time to time, Fire Beneath Stillness may offer physical products.
Where a product requires physical delivery, this will be clearly stated on the product page together with any relevant delivery information, estimated timescales and charges.
Digital products do not incur physical shipping charges.
International Customers
Digital products can generally be accessed from anywhere, subject to any restrictions stated on the individual product page.
As digital purchases are delivered electronically, there are no international postage charges for digital-only orders.
